"Together Again"

Youngstown- Linda A. Grosso, 75, of Youngstown, died Sunday, February 28, 2010 at the Hospice House.
 
Linda was born December 14, 1934 in Elyria, a daughter of Stanley and Veronica Smith Yourkvitch.
 
Linda previously owned and operated her own flower shop called T.W.I.L.S. and was a homemaker. She loved spending time with her grandchildren, enjoyed garage sales, selling items on eBay and computer games.  
 
Her husband, James Grosso Sr., whom she married January 14, 1951, died November 11, 2003. She leaves three daughters, Lorye (Dean ) Partlow of Boardman, Frances Valentino of Brunswick, and Roxanne Grosso of Austintown; three sons, Tony (Kathy) Grosso of Canfield, Stanley (Melanie) Grosso of Youngstown, and James (Jill) Grosso Jr. of Austintown; step-father, George Matyas Sr. of Lorain; two brothers, Sam Matyas and George Matyas Jr. both of Lorain; seven sisters, Rose Matyas of North Ridgeville, Kathleen Stuckert of Florida, Shirley Hill of West Virginia, JoAnn Koviak, Frances Henvener and Marion Hluszti, all of Lorain County, and Betty Ann Lane of North Carolina; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
 
In addition to her parents and husband, Linda was preceded in death by her grandson, Mark Anthony Grosso; and two brothers, Michael and Stanley Yourkvitch.
 
Services will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m. at the Davidson-Becker Funeral Home with Fr. Nicholas Mancini officiating. Interment will follow at Lake Park Cemetery.
 
Friends will be received Tuesday from 6-9 p.m. and Wednesday from 10-10:45 a.m. at the funeral home.
