Eugene Palmer

Poland - Eugene  Palmer, 85, of Poland, passed away Monday evening at his residence.

 

Mr. Palmer was born July 4, 1924 in Youngstown, a son of Ralph and Mary Cabuso Palmer.

 

Eugene was a graduate of East High School and worked in the warehouse for Lobelaws, Century Foods and General Telephone Equipment, and retired in 1981 after 36 years of service. He was a United States Army Veteran serving in China for three years during World War II.

 

He leaves his wife, the former Florence Constantine, whom he married October 26, 1946; one son, Dennis (Brenda) Palmer of Columbiana; and a step-sister, Evelyn Hershey of Youngstown.

 

Besides his parents, Eugene was preceded in death by two brothers Carmen and Sam Palmer; one sister, Connie Pecchio; and one step-sister, Gloria Globeck.
