Poland - Anna K. Kostelnik, 92, died October 25, 2014 at Forum Health Northside Medical Center.
Mrs. Kostelnik was born February 11, 1922 in Connellsville, PA, a daughter of John and Helen Pastor Katona.
She was a devoted housewife and loving mother. Anna was a member Holy Family Church and their senior group.
She is survived by her husband, Francis, whom she married Aug. 9, 1947; three daughters, Devera (Lester) Styers of Canfield, Rene (Thomas) O'Donnell of Berlin Center, and Charlotte Adduci of Boardman; one son, Dennis Kostelnik of Poland; five sisters, Helen Shurilla, Betty (Lou) Zahn, Clara Rankin, Cecelia (Bruno) Polito, and Mary Thompson; two brothers, Paul and Joseph Katona; nine grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Besides her parents, Anna was preceded in death by one brother, Steve Katona.
A prayer service will be held Wednesday at 9:30AM at Cunningham-Becker Funeral Home, 270 N. Main St., Poland, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at Holy Family Church at 10:00AM, with Msgr. William J. Connell officiating. Interment will follow at Poland Riverside Cemetery.
Friends and family will be received Tuesday from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the funeral home.
