Betty Jane Sandusky

Struthers-Betty Jane Sandusky, 90, died on Saturday, February 21, 2014 in Maplecrest Nursing Home. She was born in Mahoningtown, PA on December 19, 1924 to the late, Frank and Celia Edwards Weaver and was a 1943 graduate of Wilson High School.
Betty enjoyed gardening, bingo and bowling and once won the Ohio State Bowling Championship Tournament.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ignatius Sandusky.
Survivors include her daughter, Patricia Capan-Gessler of Struthers; her son Michael A. (Rosemary Hilland) Sandusky; grandchildren, Kellie, Scott and Jack Capan and Michael D., Samuel and Nathan Sandusky; and great grandchildren; Courtney Capan and Isabella and Ethan Sandusky.
Friends and family will be received on Monday from 5-7pm at the Davidson-Becker Funeral Home, 11 Spring St. Struthers.
There will be no services.
