Janice D. Susak, 67, of Youngstown, died on Friday, November 21, 2014 in St. Elizabeth's Medical Center. She was born in Tuscaloosa, AL on December 25, 1946, daughter of the late, James and Edith King.
She proudly served her country in the United States Army and was employed as an LpN with Colonial Manor Nursing Home for five years. Janice enjoyed fishing and spending time with the family, especially her granddaughter.
She leaves to mourn, her husband of 33 years, Joseph Susak; daughter Teresa (William Gilpin) Smith; and granddaughter, Heather Gilpin.
In honoring her wishes, Janice will be cremated and there will be no services.
