Youngstown - Katherine Strzelec, 91 of Youngstown, died October 21, 2014 at Park Center Health and Rehab.
Mrs. Strzelec was born February 17, 1923 in Ukraine, a daughter of Karola and Anna Zablocka.
She worked as a housekeeper at Southside Hospital. Katherine was a member of Christ Our Savior Parish at Holy Trinity
She leaves three daughters, Christine(Robert) Slifka, Mary Strzelec both of Poland, and Helen (Donald) Warmoth of Austintown; five grandchildren, Suzanne Orwig of Toledo, Karen (Cory) Evans of Boardman, Dan (Lisa) Daugherty of Youngstown, Robert (Erika) Slifka of Poland, and Kelly (Mike) Chachko of Poland; and seven great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Joseph Strzelec.
Private services will be held at Cunningham-Becker Funeral Home, Poland. Interment will be at Lake Park Cemetery, Youngstown.
