Struthers - Nancy Lou Pavlicko, 75, of Struthers, died Saturday afternoon, April 18, 2015 at Hospice of the Valley Hospice House.

Nancy was born November 27, 1939 in Youngstown, a daughter of Frank Roddy and Ann (Hallwood) Roddy Francis.

After its closing in 1984, Nancy worked for McKinley's Restaurant, Phar-Mor, DIY, and then Dollar General in Poland, where she retired as manager in 2014. After retirement, she kept herself busy as a food demonstrator for Cross Mark at Sam's Club.

When not working, Nancy loved to read, shop, and taking trips to Sugar Creek to peruse the homemade crafts. Her grandchildren were the love of her life. She loved spending time with them, attending sporting events and taking them to the movies. Nancy will especially be remembered for her very generous heart. She was known to give the shirt off her back to those in need.

"Tim" (Patty) Roddy of Hubbard; eight grandchildren, Molly (Guillermo Chacon) Raybuck, Megan Raybuck, Ashley and Brittany Bovo, Jason and Ryan Pavlicko, and Stephanie and Symantha Pavlicko; two great-grandchildren, Devin and Keagen; and her beloved dog, Bear.
