Barbara Adelaide (Rupe) Lukas

Struthers: Barbara Adelaide Rupe Lukas, age 73, passed away on December 4, 2022. Barbara, affectionately known as “Aunt B,” was born in Struthers, Ohio on August 13, 1949. She was the daughter of Clarence and Ruby Rupe and a graduate of Struthers High School Class of 1967.
Barb loved music and playing games with her family and friends. She will always be remembered for her incredible sense of humor, unwavering kindness to everyone she met, and her generous hugs and kisses.
She is survived by daughter, Shannon Lukas of Atlanta, GA; granddaughter, Bethany Garcia; a son-in-law, Chad Garcia both of Youngstown, OH; and many nieces and nephews.
Barb was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Georgia Pachell; brother, Thomas Rupe;  and daughter Amy Garcia.
A celebration of life will be held in her honor and will be announced at a later date.
