Frank J. Fisher, 69 LOWELLVILLE- Frank J. Fisher, 69 of 221 Jaric Avenue died Sunday morning at his residence Mr. Fisher was born August 28, 1934 in Lowellville, a son of Frank J. Fisher Sr. and Susan Stanovcek. He was a lifelong area resident. He was a 1952 graduate of Lowellville High School and went to Youngstown College and received a Bachelor of Arts Degree. He taught Spanish at Canfield High School and was a Social Worker at Mahoning County Welfare, retiring in 1987. He leaves his caretaker Richard Hoon of Lowellville. He was preceded in death by a sister, Arlene Decello. A memorial service will be held Wednesday 6:00 PM at the Davidson-Becker Funeral Home, Struthers.
