Jane Louise Carter, 78 CAMPBELL- Jane Louise Carter, 78, of 282 Gordon Ave. died Thursday September 5, 2002, at her residence. Mrs. Carter was born August 6, 1924, in Youngstown, a daughter of Glenn Willrich Sr. and Myrtle McClain. She moved to Harrisburg from Youngstown in 1966 and then to Campbell in 1977. She owned Carterâa�a��s Family Restaurant in Harrisburg, OH from 1966-1973. She later worked in home care from 1975- 1993. Mrs. Carter attended Faith Luthern Church. She was a member of the Dames of Malta, Puritan Sisterhood 267 and Friendship sisterhood #90.She served as Sovereign Protector from 1988-1989. She was also a member of the Rebekkahâa�a��s of Warren and Blue Star Mothers of Newton Falls, and a honorary member of the Athens, PA Rotary Club. Her husband Robert E. Lee Carter Sr., whom she married August 24, 1939, died January 18, 1990. Survivors include five daughters, Joan Woods-Warner of Robins, GA, Glenda Cathel of Williamsport, OH, Virginia Dunn of Youngstown, Denise Judy of Williamsburg WV, and Melody Hahn of Athens, PA; four sons, David Carter of Cleveland, Daniel Carter of Columbus, Donald Carter of Milford Center, OH, and Edward Carter of Columbus; two sisters, Frances Leedy of Youngstown and Donna Jean Olenick of Lowellville; two brothers Glenn Willrich of Campbell and Russel Willrich of Hubbard; 48 grandchildren; 63 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandaughter; and a dear friend Rose Lea Kraft of Struthers. Jane Carter was preceded in death by her son Robert E. Lee Carter II, sister Virginia Russo, and grandson Gerald Cathel. Funeral services will be held Saturday 11:00 AM at the Davidson-Becker Funeral Home, Struthers. Friends may call Friday from 6:00-8:00 PM and Saturday 10:00-10:45 AM at the funeral home.
