Margaret Frances Gailey, 90 Poland- Margaret Frances Gailey, 90, formerly of Poland, died Wednesday morning January 22, 2003, at the Park Vista Nursing Home. Ms. Gailey was born March 25, 1912 in Youngstown, a daughter of the late Martin Lee and Frances Josephine Gibson Gailey. She was a 1932 graduate of Poland Seminary High School, and an area resident until moving to the C&C Mobile Home Park in New Middletown in October of 1997. Ms. Gailey worked for Dollar Bank in the personnel department retiring in 1972 after 40 years of service. She was a member of the Poland Presbyterian Church where she was active in the Friendship Circle and the Mariners. Ms. Gailey was also part of the Friends of Poland Library, and volunteered for the Youngstown Radio Reading Service for the Blind, and was a member of the Dollar Bank Retirees. She leaves two nieces: Christine Meyer-Oertel of New York City; Alice Keys of Cincinnati; two nephews: Robert Gailey of Halifax, Nova Scotia; and Andrew Gailey of Auburn Hills, MI. Ms. Gailey is preceded in death by two brothers: Julian and James Adair Gailey. A memorial service will be held Saturday, at 1 PM at the Chapel in the Poland Riverside Cemetery. Material contributions may be made to the Youngstown Radio Reading Service, with Goodwill Industries of Youngstown, 2747 Belmont Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44505. Arrangements are being handled by the Cunningham-Becker Funeral Home, Poland.
