Robert W. Oliver

Robert W. Oliver, 59 Newton Falls- Robert W. Oliver, 59, of Newton Falls, died suddenly Wednesday evening at Trumbull Memorial Hospital. Mr. Oliver was born April 3, 1943 in Newberry, OH, a son of the late William and Freda Boney Oliver. He was an U.S. Army veteran and a self-employed carpenter. He enjoyed hunting and fishing and going to auctions. Mr. Oliver played the fiddle and attended various bluegrass festivals. He leaves a daughter: Michelle and her husband Ronald Kaiser of China, Michigan; a son: Chad and his wife Julia Oliver of Youngstown; a step-son: Robert Desimone of Marine City Michigan; five sisters: Mary Humpery ; Ethal Cummings both of Indiana; Ruth Smith of Southington; Katie Hites of Bristolville; Jackie Reid of Mineral Ridge; five brothers: Ronnie of Mineral Ridge; John of Arkansas; George of Kentucky; Norman of California; and James of North Carolina; four grandchildren: Joseph and Stephanie Kaiser; and Zackary and Skyler Oliver. He is preceded in death by his brother Charles Oliver. A memorial service will be held Sunday, 4PM at the Davidson-Becker Funeral Home, Struthers.
