Ryan E. Hamm

Mineral Ridge - Ryan E. Hamm, 37, passed away unexpected on Thursday, February 8, 2024,  at Hospice of the Valley Hospice House surrounded by his loving family.  

Ryan was born June 27, 1986 in Texarkana, TX,  a son of Robert Hamm and Rose Campbell. 

He attended Carven Community College in NC and later, Job Corps  in NC., studying pastry chef.  He moved to the Mahoning Valley to be with his father in 2015.      

Ryan worked for McDonald's on Route 46 in Austintown for over 9 years.

He was devoted to his family and enjoyed family gatherings.  In his free time, Ryan enjoyed gaming.  

Ryan is survived by his father, Robert (Amanada) Hamm of Mineral Ridge, OH; his mother, Rose M. (Richard) Schales of Cleveland, OH;  five sisters, Teresa Steinhaus of Port Huron, MI, Ashley Hamm of Colorado Springs, CO, Julie (Jarod) Kroening of Havelock, NC, Michaela (Ashton) Allen of Struthers, OH, and  Lily Schales of Cleveland, OH; a brother, Zach (CJ) Stovall of Boston, MA; and seven nieces and nephews; and two great-nephews; and one great-niece.  

There will be a Celebration of Life Service on Saturday, February 17, 2024, at 3:00 p.m. at Grace Church of  the Nazarene, 5253 W. Webb Road, Austintown, OH.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that material contributions take the form of contributions to  Autism Speaks,  www.autismspeaks.org;  or Animal Charity of Ohio, 4140 Market Street, Boardman, OH 44512; or American Diabetes, www.diabetes.org in memory of Ryan.
