Hubbard

Shirley Jeanne Coller, 91, passed away Wednesday morning, April 11, 2024, at Sharon Regional Hospital.

Shirley was born August 12, 1932 in McKeesport, Pennsylvania, a daughter of the late Richard and Laura Gupton Engwer.

Her family moved to Youngstown and Shirley attended and graduated from East High School. At the young age of 15, Shirley met the love of her life, Ralph "Dick" Coller and they were married on September 27, 1952. Together, they enjoyed crafting and camping at Bay Shore Campground on Pymatuning Lake in Andover, Ohio. After 63 wonderful years of marriage, Dick passed away on October 28, 2015.

Throughout her life, Shirley worked outside the home, but the job she loved the most was that as a school bus driver for Hubbard City Schools.

Shirley gracefully lived a wonderful healthy life filled with love for her family and her dogs, Buttons, Muffin, Bridget, Maggie May, and Gracie May. Shirley left this earth for her eternal home to be with her Lord, her husband, Ralph, and her son, Richard.

She leaves to carry on her legacy her daughter, Pam Coller of Brookfield, Ohio, and son, Ralph (Lisa) Coller Jr. of Burghill, Ohio; three grandchildren, Monica (Patrick) O'Toole of Key West, Florida. Rick (Brittany) Coller of Deluth, Georgia, and Ryan (Nicky) Coller of Tucker, Georgia; and three great-grandchildren, Rowan, Grayson, and Asher.

In addition to her parents and husband, Shirley was preceded in death by her infant son, Richard Alan Coller.

Per Shirley's wishes there will be no calling hours or funeral service. Shirley will be laid to rest at Union Cemetery, Hubbard, Ohio.
