Wilbert Glover

Wilbert Glover, 78 CAMPBELL- Wilbert Glover, 78, of 122 Columbus died early Sunday morning at St. Elizabeth Health Center. He was born November 13, 1924 in Fairmont, West Virginia, a son of Francis Earl and Sarah Rice Glover. He came to this area in the early 60âa�a��s. Mr. Glover worked as a security guard at Commercial Intertech in Youngstown for 20 years, retiring in 1989. He attended church at the Salvation Army. Wilbert served in the United States Navy and Marine corp. His wife, the former Mary Keener, whom he married in 1946, died March 8, 1973. He is survived by three daughters, Pattie (James) McIntire of Struthers, and Sue and Kathy Glover both of Campbell; three sons, Ronny Glover of Lisbon, and Danny Glover of Campbell, and Michael (Shannon) Glover of Youngstown; a sister, Pat (Ted) Dennys of Florida; a brother, Kenny Glover of Cassville, WV; five grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren. Besides his wife and parents, stepmother Minnie Glover; stepfather, Claudi Rice; and a daughter, Debbie Glover preceded him in death. Funeral Services will be Wednesday 11:00 AM at the Davidson-Becker Funeral Home, Struthers. Friends may call Tuesday from 6-8 PM and Wednesday 10:00-10:45 at the funeral home.
